Video Update :D

Hey everyone! Sorry for the radio silence, I was channelling my inner Valve. Here's a video update!

This new one is going to be a little different but I'm really putting my soul into it to make sure it's great. I'm leaning more towards challenge videos now, not exclusively TF2 but I figured one based around some movement tech would be best to ensure a reasonable pivot. Think Martincitopants vibes. Other games I'm considering are ones like Minecraft, terraria, Stanley Parable, Lethal Company etc.

The gist of this one is "TF2 But if I say "gun" it spawn an invincible sentry gun", the goal being to complete a rocket jump map while chat tries to stop me. This is heavily inspired by DougDoug's "GTA 5, but if I say "cop" then the cops try to kill me".

It'll be around 20 mins long, most of the first map has been FULLY edited so now all I need to do is edit the second map (the blue footage) and wrap up the intro which I've been having a blast with.

So what does this mean for video essays?

Well for now they're out of rotation but I can't imagine I'll fully abandon them. The last few videos I've made (excluding the knockout city one) have been more made out of stress rather than passion. My view on it now is that I only want to make video essays that I'm passionate about, get back that feeling that I got when I made that first video that blew me up.
Basically, they're not gone forever, but I'll only make them when I WANT to.
