Testing a different workflow
Added 2023-09-18 20:34:05 +0000 UTCI've been getting frustrated with my workflow recently - largely losing all focus and interest during inks and flatting - so I thought I'd try doing things a bit differently. What a great excuse to make some fanart of my new obsession 😍
Sometimes I like my sketch more than the finished inks, so I tried incorporating the sketch to the final piece. Now they're kinda part of the shading, with the "clean" inks there to just enhance and sharpen things. My inks can also be sooo much looser this way.
Also - sorry for crappy video, I realized I hadn't installed my video editor of choice to my new pc yet so this was made by a frustrating free web software thing.
