Because of technical problems with the payment service (beyond my control), I had to temporarily remove the 55% discount for previous packs from Tier 2 rewards. For now, past packs can be obtained the old way, i.e., through Tier 3 as long as they are available. I strongly hope that this is a temporary measure, and all the difficulties will be resolved soon.
