Time to grind again

I had my first training session with weights yesterday and I'm so sore and happy! I mostly did lower body, but also some pulling and core. I have to go a little lighter because I've de-conditioned over the last couple months of not lifting anything heavy. And I still can't do pull ups yet or push ups... just gotta be patient and work my way up to it gradually!
