Recovery mode
Added 2023-10-04 19:50:58 +0000 UTCThe surgery went well and I'm in recovery now. The first night after the operation was pretty horrible, not gonna lie. It felt like my chest was getting crushed and I couldn't breathe. They put a compression corset thing on my chest and it just felt awful. The pain was 10/10, moving hurt a lot and staying still wasn't much better. But eventually I got a bit of sleep and every time I woke up I felt a little better. I lost a lot of blood and still have drains attached. They've transferred me to a hotel now and it's much more comfortable. I'm very tired so will spend the next few days resting in bed mostly. I've peeked at my new boobs and while it will take a while for them to reduce swelling and settle down, I think they look great! It'll be at least 6 months to a year before they look the way they should. Good things take time. Can't wait to share them with you all eventually. ๐๐
