That's why it's important to do a regular audit of yourself, strengths and weaknesses, good habits and bad, all the things you are aware of anyway. It's hard. It should be. If you feel kinda shit, you're probably on the right track because nobody is perfect. But it's important to not let the negative stuff override all the good qualities you have and your potential to be better. Focus on the easy stuff you can change now and work towards the bigger stuff when you have capacity. Chip away at it. Remember, you're in it for the long haul. Kia kaha my loves x❤️
