OStim Standalone 7.3a

- implemented dialogues for the player character (OStim doesn't come with any dialogues, you'll still need add-ons for that) if you prefer your player to be quiet you can toggle off player dialogue in the MCM
- improved solo female and lesbian bench idles (thanks to Moon)
- added post orgasm excitement options to the excitement page which give female actors a boost to excitement after an orgasm
- added a fix grey face option to the debug page in the MCM, this behavior was previously always enabled, but causes texture mismatches for some people, so it is now an option in the MCM
- added an actors page to the MCM, you might need to use the bootstrap MCM option on the general page to see it
- added an actor voice option to the actors page that lets you select any voice set for the actor
- added an equip object option to the actors page that lets you select any type of equip object for the actor
- added a preference system which can modify how stimulating an action is for an actor
- added a preference editor to the actors page in the MCM (this editor is rather technical, but that's the only way to give you the full scope of its potential)
- a large portion of OStims code has been refactored in preparation of the upcoming BDSM framework, so there might be some bugs (and when I say upcoming I mean in a few months, probably)
- added actor properties that can be defined via .json to modify an actors behavior during scenes
- conditions are no longer hardcoded and can be defined in actor properties now
- as a result of that the MCM options "Equip strap-on if needed" and "Unequip strap-on if in way" have been removed (OStim will now always act as if they were enabled, which they probably were for most (or maybe even all) of you)

hotfix 7.3a:
- requirements can now be defined directly in the scene file
- added a bathing animation to male solo idles, this animation will only show up if you're at least knee deep in water
- fixed kissing animations not showing up in the navigation
- fixed a CTD on save load with certain addons installed

hotfix 7.3b:
- fixed animations with the kissingfoot or ticklingfoot action not showing up in navigation
- fixed vampire bite animations showing up for non-vampires rather than vampires
- fixed post climax dialogue sometimes addressing the wrong actor
