Alaina - Self Illumination
Added 2023-12-16 20:21:50 +0000 UTCAs y'all know, I'm all about natural light. However, up here at the high latitude where we live, the light is not always that available. It gets dark very early in the winter. Sometimes the shoot must go on, so I have be experimenting with work I call the Self Illumination Series. I'd be interested to know what you think.

Alaina seems to be really good at bringing the viewer into the image, whether it's a scene like this, a moment on a windswept beach or a quiet reflection by a mountain stream. Maybe this intimate setting will work with whoever the model is but there's a special dynamic that seems to occur with a select few, for example I'd think Liv Sage would also just crush this. Thanks so much for sharing.
