A Proper Introduction

Hello everyone, long-time fans and new followers alike! If you're reading this I'm already exceedingly grateful for your interest in my work. I've been producing NSFW content on Twitter for 4 years now, but have never really had the text space to properly thank everyone for all the positive feedback I've had over this time. I still remember the day I had Magnhild's blowout post like it was yesterday. I've gotten a LOT better since then, but I've never had so many people excited about something I have created before, and seeing your response to my original characters is ALWAYS a treat.

Why Patreon?

I've been creating content for free for so long, why start charging for it now? Well, don't worry, I more than plan to continue to produce free work! Patreon is intended to be extra content for people that don't mind sending some extra support my way. Ever since graduating college, majoring in... a... uh... *checks degree*... Sequential Art, I've been scratching my brain to find a way to turn this into something that could sustain me, and let me keep doing what I love. That's where Sheath Thine Sword comes in, but more on that later!

With the recent turbulence on Twitter or... "X"... I've been looking at my options for cultivating a community elsewhere. Plans are in the making for a Discord server, and of course BlueSky seems promising, but those may be some time off and our time on X seems to get shorter every day. So for now, Patreon should be a nice place to continue producing content during this transition period.

What is Sheath Thine Sword?

Well! I'm glad you asked, person I made up! Sheath Thine Sword is my new fantasy web comic featuring Magnhild, the crowd-favorite knight. Trapped in a corrupt order for years, Magnhild is finally forced to break her oath to save her own life, having no choice but to leave her past behind her. Join her on her journey as she puts aside the tools of war, instead seducing, tantalizing, and making love to the Knights of the Sanguine Order to expose the corruption within its ranks. This comic will feature some old, fan-favorite characters, as well as plenty of new faces!

This is going to be a proper story in addition to smut, there will be quite a bit of dialogue and world-building to provide context to the hot knight sex. This comic will not only feature aforementioned hot knight sex, but will also tackle themes such as body positivity, bodily autonomy, and individuality. While I intend it to be whimsical and largely a comedy, there will be serious notes sprinkled throughout to give some weight to the motivation of our characters.

How is it going to be released?

Because I am only one person, I can't hope to publish the entire story at the same time. Writing, Penciling, Inking and Coloring a comic is most often divided between multiple artists, but I love the idea of making this my own! So, naturally making these pages will take a lot of time. That's why I am going for a manageable, monthly periodical schedule.

Each month the $5 "Reader" tier will get access to a 4 page issue of Sheath Thine Sword to add on to the continuing story! This unfortunately means that content will be slow, and some issues may not even feature hot knight sex! (gasp) But hopefully I will be able to give everyone something pleasant to look at in each issue regardless.

On the positive side, since the story is yet to be set in stone, this community can mold the direction of the comic! I will be able to gauge interest, steering the story in the ways I see my fans wanting. I may even have Patreon polls. The main takeaway is that this comic will be a continuing, slow-burn project, so feel free to join me on this journey!

All subscribers can also expect to have access to my future work at full 300dpi, high quality jpgs. (I plan to archive my old work, but pro tip, you can find the majority of my older work in full quality at Rule34.xxx, new artwork will not be posted to Rule34 in full quality and will only be available to subscribers.)

Depending on how much you guys like this content, I may consider adding higher priced tiers and benefits in the future!
