The base price can change depending upon the complexity, for example, a character like Sarah Kerrigan from StarCraft with her carapace body, Man-Thing of Marvel with his foliage body, or even The Thing from Fantastic 4 are characters with a great deal more detail than your standard human, so pricing will change depending upon the characters, details, styles, and backgrounds.
In my long history of taking commissions and requests, I’ve dealt with a range of different people and some of their negative behaviour has changed how I do commissions, and even impacted upon me deciding to do them. I have a right to refuse a commission if you cause unnecessary stress and grief. This is not first come, first served. Please be respectful and mindful and also please have the means of paying if you intend to buy. I’ll strive to finish a commission within the week of payment.
