New Peeping Tom Makeover

I decided to give him a makeover, that the regular look that he has. The new Tom is sexy and edgy. Special thanks to HollowSim4 from the EA gallery for making him. Feel free to download him. (link is posted above the post). To Download him you need to click on the link, Extract the folder, place the cc in your mods folder, and last the household in the Tray folder.
