Catrina - Monday Bonus

I had an opportunity to shoot with this talented young model out at Redstone this past Saturday. She and her boyfriend and several photographers and models were in town for a desert shoot workshop. Her BF and her are from PA. He had a gig as a wedding photographer so she was free for the afternoon. We shot for 4 hours during the roughest time of the day for good photos but managed to get quite a few keepers. When you're shooting at the harshest time of day, look for spots with open shade. The open shade light looks good on the model. As a side note, Redstone was extremely busy Saturday afternoon with lots of people taking advantage of the outdoor hike during good weather. It was breezy but not windy, and the breeze made it very pleasant in the warm afternoon sun. There will be a lot more with this lovely woman. Stay tuned.
