I had a great shoot with this woman on Sunday afternoon, well Monday morning for her.  She lives in New Zealand and of course I'm in Wyoming.  She saw some posts of mine on Facebook and contacted me and inquired as to whether I'd like to shoot her.  We tethered up (after some issues with the time and WhatsApp) and shot for about an hour in front of some double doors at her house.  This tethering thing is catching on and many models that aren't traveling because of Covid have figured it out.  Lucy does travel to the states to shoot and I hope to shoot her in person one day.  This was kind of an out take shot.  I said something funny and she was smiling, but I like it.  The bad part of tethered shooting is that the camera doesn't move so you have to get all the shots at this angle and then move the camera.  In person, I generally walk around and get several angles during the model's pose.  That just doesn't happen with a tethered shoot.  Lucy and I both agreed that is a serious shortcoming with tethered shoots.
