You can go onto U-tube and watch a video of her walking around New York topless to illustrate that its perfectly legal to do so. IMHO, perhaps not the safest thing to do unless you're accompanied by a video crew :-) I've shot with a model that told me she had shot some nudes while on the subway, but had a full bodyguard crew while she did it.
And before any of you say it, Marilyn Monroe looks like Jin. I know you're thinking it.
