Having an 'off' night

I've been having all sorts of negative thoughts like:
"Why do people like those other girls more than me?" "Why don't my spicy ig or fb posts ever get shared?" "What is it about me in particular that people don't like?" etc. π₯΄
It's never a fun game & nobody wins. π΅
I know that comparison is the thief of joy, obviously.. π
But how on earth do you stop yourself from doing it? π
I've had years of therapy & still haven't figured that out. π€·πΌββοΈ
