I've been getting more messages on my gmail about blur and like this comment lately:

1. Censor as blur - oftenly youtube give on it red coin, what fully kill promotion of video, or even strike it

Leonora's Debauchery is my second channel
On my first channel I used blur, and it was removed from youtube
I for a long time got strikes because "Nudity content", since my blur was intense, youtube after a while unblock video, but always left red, sometimes yellow, coin
After some time, strikes are stop coming, I thought that youtube finally understand that everything is fine, but, after a while, I get mail, that my channel was removed from youtube, appeal was rejected
For example, my third(second) channel, Debauchery Rage was removed by same way
In moments which need to censor, instead png I used blur
(like in video about butcher from Night of Revenge)

So I no recommend use blur for Censoring of hentai content
2. For video manipulation are exist montaging programs
(I use Magix(Vegas) Pro 17)
Doesn't exist program for recording which automatically cencor all *strage* things of video

That said, they're currently working on a new game which is 3rd Person. It doesn't have a demo yet, but they've showed a few videos of their progress.
