Do you have a favorite movie of all time?๐ฌ๐คฉ

but it is incredibly hard for me to choose a favorite Anything. I just have too many favorites. Especially movies.
But to make it easier when asked what my favorite movie is, for the last few years I have two go-to answers for that question. 1 horror. 1 Non-Horror.
The Non-Horror is Little Miss Sunshine.๐ I have loved that movie deeply since it came out when I was a teen. The entire cast is phenomenal. It's equal parts happy & sad. Just like real life. It is so silly & weird & devastating & heartbreaking.. I love it so much. Go watch Little Miss Sunshine!โบ๏ธ
Okay, anyway.. ANYWAYYY!!!
Back to the initial point of this post.
The Horror favorite I always say is Suspiria. It is so vibrant & dark & colorful & moody!! It changed me when I first saw it. I had never seen such beautiful kills before. So gruesome, yet so breathtaking I couldn't look away..๐

I know it's apparently good & like it's own thing & it has many actors that I like but I just haven't been able to bring myself to watch it yet. ๐ฌ
I honestly don't think I have very strong opinions about most movies. I can get enjoyment from MOST media. but the 2013 Evil Dead makes me angry/sad.๐
I know I'm in the minority, but I was so disappointed with that movie, I think it tainted my view on remakes.๐ I haven't seen anything Evil Dead after that. & may not ever, idk honestly.๐
The OG 3 Evil Dead's are God tier in my mind & nothing will compare & idk how I got to talking about my disdain for Evil Dead 2013, but somehow it always seems to come back to that.. Jk!๐
I just have to stop typing words now.๐

I know you love it.โค A couple other close friends really dug it as well & I just didn't "get" it. & I adore one of the actors in that movie (Lou Pucci) so it made it even more frustrating that I didn't like it. I WANTED to like it!!!๐ญ One of my YouTube movie buddies is doing a Watch-Along stream of it coming up on his channel pretty soon & I'm going to give it one more shot during that, but if it doesn't "click" for me this time, I don't think there is any hope..๐คช I'm still super excited about the new Alien movie tho!๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ I think I read somewhere it's the same director as Evil Dead '13..๐๐
