I am glad that you went with the more lovable but more masculine look with the current iteration of Ilias, because the sketch and prototype looks like one of the character archetypes of the FemBoy or those boys with small boy like figure that has a huge p+*is like you see in Japanese Hentai. So glad you didn't go that route with that design.
