2020-06-17 08:54:02 +0000 UTCI was having the same issues and found this on tumblr - https://giulietta-sims.blogspot.com/2019/07/finding-and-fixing-shiny-post-patch.html -- it seems that changing your graphic settings to ultra fixes the issue but i only did a quick test otherwise might try 4th step mentioned in the link i shared
