2025-10-01 13:29:37 +0000 UTCFun fact: the language Tolkien invented as "Elvish", is a real language that can be learned. Like 10 years ago, people wanted to create a course for it on Duolingo when they decided to add Klingon and all. Idk if people succeeded or not but... Crazy stuff.

2025-09-29 00:40:22 +0000 UTCHey Klaire, are you doing YT edits for this? A LOTR reaction will get a lot of new subs, no doubt:)

2025-09-28 22:14:08 +0000 UTCI saved both parts of this to enjoy tonight, and thoroughly enjoyed watching. I had to laugh when you said you were having breakfast — I thought to myself, ‘What about second breakfast?’ Then, a little later you got a second breakfast. 🤣 Cheers!

2025-09-28 20:21:45 +0000 UTCSaruman wasn't speaking to Gandalf's mind - he was just thinking out loud to work out what Gandalf would be doing. The three rings made by the elves were not directly influenced by Sauron. Galadriel has the ring of Water (called Nenya), Elrond has the ring of Air (called Vilya) and Gandalf has the ring of Fire (called Narya).

2025-09-28 13:20:45 +0000 UTCI was 10 years old seeing this in the cinema, Boromir's death scene especially is right up there with the best. I was wondering how you would react to that and I think it's safe to say you're invested haha. Looking forward to seeing you watch the rest of them!

2025-09-28 12:06:52 +0000 UTCHobbits age differently, Frodo is in his 50s Sam is I think in his 30s, but the Mr Frodo is less an age thing more the relationship they've always had. Sam worked for Frodo as his gardener so always has called him that out of respect. It's just a habit he can't shift even now their both on this journey together

2025-09-28 10:24:39 +0000 UTCTry getting shot while wearing a bullet proof vest and ask why Frodo was in so much pain! He took a hell of a blow from a 20 foot troll😅 the impact is still huge even if it's absorbed
Michael
2025-09-28 06:34:37 +0000 UTCSam calls him Mr. Frodo because he’s Frodo’s gardener. He is like Frodo’s servant

2025-09-28 03:49:38 +0000 UTCI saw this in the cinema and seen it so many times since that and still shed a tear when Gandalf and Boromir die, stupid feelings, going to go and drink beer and do manly stuff now 🤣

2025-09-28 01:49:04 +0000 UTCyeah boromirs death is truly one of the greatest in all of cinema, the music when he takes that 3rd arrow is incredible, and his whole arc ties into his earlier dialogue with aragorn, the weakness and frailty of man is when he fell to temptation for the ring, 'but there is also strength and courage in men' and he died proving that to aragorn

2025-09-27 22:56:55 +0000 UTCNone of the nature walking scenes are CGI. They were dropped off on location via helicopter. They make look that way because they're so extraordinary.
