if you choose to watch this at all please watch the entire thing all of what i say is very important

Comments

Hi Klaire sorry to hear of the trouble you're having. Seems they are unfairly targeting you when other channels post the same show reactions without issue. One silver lining of the new porn ID act pushed by the UK government is that a very high percentage of internet users are going to become very savvy with VPNs So that 86% UK demographic will still be able to find you and watch the content even if disallowed in the UK. Best of luck going forward

Mattoid

I'm very sorry, Klaire, genuinely. I am reading as little as I can and blocking anyone from now on who chooses to criticise me personally, rather than pollute your Patreon with my responses to them!

Eddy

okay everyone if you see this stop replying to eachother please for the love of god this is a patreon for a TV show. all i want is for people to enjoy the content and i can’t even respond there are now 50+ comments of people arguing. enough.

Klaire Green

Klaire, please don’t worry. You’re not coming over as being rude at all. Also, no need to apologise for nasty, small minded people on Twitch and/or Patreon who want to know how much money you make, etc. It’s nobody’s business but your own. One way in which you can react to your Patreons would be to do a live Q & A show. That way we can find out stuff about you (though only stuff you want to tell, nothing personal, I might add) and if you do them on a regular basis, you’ll get to know us as well. There’s another American Patreon reactor I subscribe to, King Boomer, who does live Q & A shows from time to time, and when he first started to watch British shows he would do these live shows and on them get us to give him our suggestions of what shows we’d think he might enjoy to watch. He would write the suggestions down and then set up a Patreon poll with a number of shows on it. We would all vote for the one we liked and the one with the biggest percentage would be the one he would watch. That could be a way for you to go. Also, if you were to get yourself a P. O. Box that would allow us Brits (as well as other nationalities) to send you snacks (chocolate, crisps etc.) which a) we’d think you’d enjoy and b) you could use your reactions of your taste tests and show them complete on YT. By doing that, you are creating original content that can’t be copyrighted so YT can’t block it, and it’s another way for people to find you on YT which may in turn get you more subscribers and eventually more Patreon members.

Andrew Roberts

It is the most enjoyable Patreon reaction I have found yet and well worth the price of entry.

Eddy

what country's can watch inbetweeners some of us have vpn

jason finch

Hey, dont mind the negativity. Toxic and deranged people are the loudest, also here on patreon. Most of us just happily, quietly go along enjoying the content we get for the price of one coffee. So far it have been well worth it, thank you!

Nicolas

Hey Klair! You don't come across as rude. I think I commented on the Peep Show video that yeah, there's zero character development and that's kind of the point. I wasn't trying to have a go at you though. If you like the show, great. If not, no worries you can watch something else!

Jára Zimmerman

Yeah, the misogyny evident on there was disgusting. I'm glad that Klaire has shut it down.

Eddy

I've never thought you've come across as rude and unless it's a direct question, I wouldn't expect a response to a comment either. I checked out of the community chat when that weird incel posted. It's insane to me that people would pay to troll or just be nasty. Glad to hear you are enjoying Peep Show, I thought you were getting into it, but you just sounded fed up with Mark at the end of the last episode. And I thought "well he doesn't get any better, might be hard for you to enjoy going forward". Glad I was wrong:)

Jay

Eddy, please take a chill pill, you are coming across as slightly weird if I’m brutally honest, just relax and have a coke and a smile, 😎

M S

Nothing rude to see here, I think people sometimes assume that reactors should see the show the way they do and when they don't they become rude. As you said we are all different people and it does take time and effort to do this (I don't, but I acknowledge how much time it takes), so I always appreciate your efforts. I used to subscribe but had leave for a while due to other circumstances, but I will be back and looking forward as you move on.

Joe

I really enjoy your reactions. Your laugh and smile are infectious. We really appreciate your efforts. Keep going!

DannyJammy

Agreed.

Eddy

Don't think you've come across as rude at all, and uploads seem fine to me considering the low price of subscription. Looking forward to seeing more reactions and hopefully the people who aren't actually interested in that will be gone now.

Tom2113

Sorry you're hitting these hurdles. You do not come across rude, and you don't have to apologize for your reactions to things because that's what makes them genuine. Your content is good, you're doing good. Keep going.

Nate

Do you have a VPN, would a VPN even help ! lol If I set my location to somewhere other than the UK I get more Inbetweeners episodes showing up on your YouTube channel than if its set to the UK... It is strange that a lot of other channels can post almost full episodes then YouTube hits you hard when you stick to the fair use policy

Steven Sjosten

There’s a YouTube channel I like that I think got copyright strikes for uploading NASA footage of space from LaserDiscs. I remember when YouTube first started to blow up and there was a lot of chat about how it was going to open things up for small/independent creators, and definitely wasn’t going to just be used to consolidate the hegemony of large media conglomerates. Funny how that turned out to be bullshit, isn’t it? It also astounds me the amount of whinging people will do over £3. I’d love to say it’s limited to channels like this, but after working in retail I soon found out it wasn’t.

Charlie

Hey Klaire! You never come across as rude. In fact, you seem very polite in addition to the genuine, nice nature that makes your reactions so lovely to watch. 😃 I can identify with your doubts about how you come across though. I was blocked from RNTV for apparently being overly familiar with Mike - as you may be aware - and have seen since that I was variously accused by a few would-be bullies in their chat of being seriously mentally disturbed after sending a $190 bread maker to Jess in the hope a stranger reaching out might be a small comfort after losing her cousin just a few days earlier. I try to be a kind, generous person, including regularly talking and giving food to the homeless, for instance, so it was a shock when Mike blocked me a few days later. Just one or two of the more ignorant also suggested I was likely an alcoholic, presumably because I mentioned shaking painfully if people were rude to me online, which they were on RNTV, ironically for failing to post a "sorry for your loss" to Jess. I can take or leave alcohol and do not like to tell people online (but make an exception here!) that I shake because I suffer from Parkinson's Disease. Sometimes I guess one cannot win with such people! I know I tend to write too much for some people's tastes; others here and on RNTV have reached out to say they appreciate that. As they point out, it's easy enough to ignore me if someone finds me boring, without making personal criticisms. I have never used Twitch, although I did set up an account, but I am not even sure where to find a link to you on there. I think I will look you up on there - if that is okay with you. I also understand your feelings that people are misunderstanding you. It's hard to read other people's intentions online, and I'll admit to occasionally worrying you might have thought me weird, given my predilection for opening up about myself! Please don't feel the need to comment on each and every comment below your reactions, when I'm sure a like ever so often would suffice. That would be a full-time job in itself! Finally, have you taken a quick look at Brad and Lucy's reactions to The IT Crowd or McJibbin's to Fawlty Towers? They make heavy use of graphics overlays on the show they react to, and that appears to get around copyright issues for them.

Eddy

KP Plumbing is still the funniest clip I have seen to this day

Michael McMahon

Hii Klaire, you are not rude at all we understand your frustrations with not being able to upload on YouTube and everything, don't know why people get upset with you and hope those who are rude leave.

Armand Du Plooy

You could try reacting to the Ricky Gervais show on Youtube to grow your audience , if your Audience is mainly from the UK , you would be able to grow your channel with that show, plus its funny AF. and everyone seems to be able to upload it on YT with no issues.

Kyle D

I don’t get why people are so rude . The majority of us really enjoy your reactions and all the effort you put in so thank you. Don’t worry about the muppets who winge and moan.

MarkCity10

Regarding channel direction moving forward, movie reactions are very common on youtube - usually clipped to 45/60 mins with full uploads on patreon. Really glad you're still doing inbetweeners reactions :)

Declan Gates

I was happy to continue paying for your Patreon to support you, as should anyone who chooses to pay, so i dont know why anyone could complain. It is very strange how your channel seems to be the only one that blocks the Inbetweeners. The ONLY thing , that I see different to yours than anyone else’s, is that they stop it frequently to allow themselves time to laugh at the jokes, process them and discuss them. Then they rewind it back 30 seconds and carry on. Whereas with yours you tend to talk over it, and leave it playing. I guess you have already tried the other approach though and still had issues which is a shame for your channel.

Mark

You're not being rude, you're setting boundaries. Sorry you had to delete the chat, completely understand why, and hopefully, people will finally stop chatting shit.
