the longest shows ever are SO ANNOYING HERE i will agree with you there, some of the best shows ive seen are only a few episodes. they dont need to keep going after you get the art across how you intended

Hi Klaire, loving these reaction videos! It's probably been suggested already but would highly recommend Derry Girls to watch and react to in the future, would say it's almost like a female version of Inbetweeners set in 90s Northern Ireland

BTW, at this stage in the proceedings, it’s worth pointing out that success is measured differently in the UK. The more successful a TV show is, the more short-lived it tends to be. I could go off on a myriad of reasons why, but the crux of it is that, in the UK, success is fleeting. We do not like things that are too successful. If something becomes overly successful, we turn on it and anticipate its downfall. This is the key difference between the UK and the US. We build things up to success, only to tear them down once they become too successful. Whereas in America, you guys don’t build something up for success like we initially do... rather, the person or the ‘art’ strives to achieve it in the way of promotion, and once it does, it is celebrated and adorned with success forevermore. This is why successful TV shows in the US go on for like 15 seasons, while in the UK, tv shows quit while we’re ahead, typically ending them after just two or three series max. Less is more. going on longer would ruin the cult status.
