As promised - here is the video only. It is SO LOFI - please be aware and don't be surprised when the audio is not my usual clarity. I thought you might as well have this. it does have a sort of white-noise effect which will be nice to zone-out to.
thanks for being patient with me - when I do things like delete stuff by accident - it's a big indicator to me that I'm stressed and trying to do too much. So, I'm sorry.
