健身教練話,跟佢嘅指引,兩個月可以減到3-4kg脂肪重量🤭 可能到時就會冇咗個胸㗎啦(不過我本身基因都係有一定身體曲線,就算以前4Xkg 都係有C cup,所以我唔太擔心🤣)實驗階段試吓先啦😹 如果我真係可以做運動,做到個胸細咗好多,證明真係有效果喎,都係好事😹😹 如果到時唔鍾意好容易就可以食肥返,我易肥難瘦,唔怕!😂
