Update (revamped text system)

Just posted a new version of the game on itch, and Peach is a LOT more interactive now. I've revamped the snapchat system and I'm glad to say the new one is much easier to develop for. In the past it was quite limited, only allowing me to send specific messages in a certain order, with an individually set wait-period between each one, and a buffer time.
The new system allows me to send any message in any order, and no longer following an event tree. I can set custom wait times for each message through code, and patrons can even choose whether they want messages to come in slowly or fast. The purpose for this was to give each playthrough a more unique feel, and to make Peach feel like a real person on the other end of the phone line. Peach will talk to you more actively, and respond to your messages and reactions more often, and her responses are also determined by her relationship with you (pictured above). She will start off with a blossoming love for you, and your choices and performance determine whether her love for you grows or flickers out completely. She also has a purity meter which you will fight to maintain, or perhaps watch it drop.
In this version of the game, Mario wakes up to 20 missed messages from Peach, which you can go through to try discover what happened. Once you've read all the messages, she will see you've come online, and start talking to you in real time. There's not much new p*rn yet in this demo, but try it out if you'd like to experience Peach talking to you in real time.

2021-01-21 18:59:23 +0000 UTCjust played the demo where you knock her purity down as much as possible and so far im loving it. cant wait to turn peach into a pregnant whore for bowser! as the for the images there are a few graphical errors in the first few texts as peach appears to be almost naked with broken clothes textures. however im sure thatll be fixed. cant wait to see her get creampied!

2021-01-21 15:07:36 +0000 UTCI really like where your project is going! I ran into some bugs though, in the initial messages peach's clothes didn't appear correctly. She was sort of half naked with most of her clothes appearing behind her rig, maybe the layers were messed up or something. After some replies I'd also get alot of peach's replies show up at once (unsure wether that was on purpose or not?). Other than that I'm excited to see where you'll take this! How will the platformer fit into the whole game and will that work well? considering you do alot of interacting with the phone screen? I'm personally most looking forward to the phone aspect of it. I love your idea of implementing more apps and with the dialogue I could see there being multiple paths which could be cool. Things like consensual, unconsensual, mario not being okay with it, maybe if you reply a certain way he could be into it. I saw the double cherry mentioned which I like, and things like maybe peach getting very into it and getting other characters involved, or mario joining eventually. The text systems has so many options! Though probably easier said than done, I know these projects take alot of time, irregardless I'm excited to see where you'll take it!
