We'll update this post every time we create something so you could use this post as all-in-one download location for this tier.

Note: You can download all the .zips and extract them at once. They will fall into a neatly sorted Map Doctor folder tree, as explained in the "Unzipping Instructions" PDF inside each archive. Make sure you overwrite all when prompted.
