It appears in both Lab Brats and the previous chapter with these characters- Bent on Mischief. Basically what it's just a way of introducing a magical potion to the body, but as a suppository rather than drinking it. It can have whatever effect the potion has, but so far all effects were transformations (bigger boobs, cat-person, genderbending)
