New Elin commission. Been wanting to do this one for a while, its one of those poses that always looks super cute and I knew it would fit perfectly with her personality.

Now to get the obvious out of the way, why are there two versions? Well, we had originally discussed doing a winter themed pic but I couldnt help but play with the colors as always, and I liked the warm summer version so much I just had to keep both. I still cant decide which one I prefer, and Im curious how everyone will feel so let me know if you have a favorite in the comments.

Other than that, I also wanted to do a pic with legs/feet focus since I hadnt done one in a while (unless you count "Felina" but thats just a normal full body really) so that was another thing, plus the whole sweater theme which is one of those I like coming back to once in a while.

Another thing is Ive been trying to make things a bit more colorful lately although it largely depends on the character too (my own au ra is horrible for this, lol its really hard to do vibrant colors with her) but you will see that more with certain pics. For this one I think the soft pastel colors work really well so yeah.

Other random things would be the bow on the tail which I think also adds to the cuteness, and as usual the freckles also help a lot with skin detail so its something Im always happy to do (especially on the legs here).

A small technical detail I wanted to mention too was the "reflection" on the bench she is sitting on. I try to do that whenever I feel like it would match the surface and just having that bit of color bleeding makes such a huge difference. Its a bit like the RTX ON meme, lol. Materials in general can make things look so much better so its something Im always trying to improve.

But yeah thats about it. I think I already have the next 4-5 posts planned out so next up is another pic of my miqo'te, this time with more of a back view which I hope will helps "sell" her for those who werent feeling her yet (and then theres also a topless portrait but one thing at a time).
