Yes, I am firing my model

I have to share something with you guys. It will be hard to swallow this from the ''troll'' of VAM. Based on my usual antics this will come as a shock maybe but I assure you it is not a joke.

For the last past two years I've been in an abusive work relationship with this person.

The girl you all admire in the mocaps is a mean spirited, lazy human being that lies to everyone. It's not really cool of me to do this but I really need to vent. 

I've been called a worm, a lowlife, a homo, a piece of shit, good for nothing, moron and all sorts of nice words. All of this happening while I pay her more than my mom and dad make. 

I pulled this person out of misery. She now lives in a very nice house with her boyfriend(really cool guy. Poor soul has to deal with her on daily basis). She actually has a better place than mine.

The amount of insults I received today and in the past is honestly amazing.  

Please keep in mind that ''ReignMocap'' is a character and it does not represent who I am in real life. In our two years of work I have never used any slurs or offensive words and only called her out for a shitty job.

I asked only one thing of her. To stop doing all the mocaps in a single day. 

What I asked her to do is spread out the work load over a period of time. Less stress on the system, less stress on her, more creaivity. But nooooo. What  she does is she is recording everything in one day and not doing anything for the rest of the month. Literally nothing. 

That causes me to scramble on the 1 and 15th to process 8-9 mocaps, clean them and make them look good. 

Other creators(my friends) have known of this problem for a while now.

I have attempted to retrieve my gear today but she locked herself in the house demanding  the money I owe her. Keep in mind I already paid her. If I involve the police she will get a record and based on her behavior she would spend a night in jail. 

I am way better than that.

When asked to produce any record of me being a jackass she could not.  Not a problem. I have all the conversations and if needed I will make them public.

I am in a really bad spot right now as I have other stuff to deal with. My grand - father just died. We weren't that close but my mom is suffering and it affects me also.  I really did not need this. 

Our content has become very stale due to the difficulty in working with this person. She is one second away from bursting every time.

Like I said what I asked is to spread out the content so we can make it better and work longer on it. 

I provided her a good life and she treated me like garbage. 

It seems that I will be getting myself a new model(professional dancer) and she will work under close supervision.

No more friendly Reign.

I am sorry for this but I just wanted you to know the shit I've been trough in the last 2 years. The amount of insults has reached new heights. 

She needs to go.
