Playful

New Kei commission, first of 2024 (previous one "In the Night" was technically done last year), and for this one I wanted to do a close up, frontal, hanging breasts pic.

At first the idea was to just have them hang freely but as I started sketching I felt like playing around with physics as usual, to make things more dynamic and also because it just adds to the soft and squishy look.

So for that I tried a few clothing pieces and found the kimono to be the best option, especially with the snow theme, similar to what I did in "Snowflake" a few years ago. I also tend to like the assymetric look when it comes to breasts, as in having them resting in different positions or such, it just makes it more interesting to look at in general, so the kimono helped a lot with that.

A bonus thing that came out of the snow theme was that to have colors match, I tried applying the same ice blue to the hair and it worked better than expected. I feel like that purple to blue gradient is so satisfying to look at. Plus the hair in general is one of my favorite things about this one, its easily my favorite version of her "default" hair so far and maybe the first time I feel like I really nailed it. The fact she is tilting her head helps a lot though with making one side longer, which is another thing Ive come to like more and more lately.

Lastly also very happy with her face/expression here, I made her a bit more confident than usual but still going with a cute, gentle smile which can be pretty tricky. And well I also love that lip color in general so that helps.

Overall this was a surprisingly quick one, both because of the simple background and me knowing what I wanted to do from the start. Theres a lot I really like about it but Id say the colors probably stand out the most especially since I tend to do more subdued stuff, but this one turned out pretty colorful/vibrant.

Next up with her I want to do either a full body dress pic (like one of those long evening dresses) or a back pic of some kind because Ive never actually done one despite drawing her a whole bunch of times already. And I wanna try to do more back pics in general since I find them really erotic/sensual when done right.
