So Ive actually been drawing for a while but I noticed it would line up with xmas and then new years eve, and I figured might as well just start building a backlog of things and start posting in january instead, new year and all that. Also the FFXIV fanfest is happening this weekend so that actually lined up nicely too (Im especially looking forward to that new hub, Solution Nine and how it will be integrated into the story).

Anyway, Ive done a bunch of things already and I was actually not sure what to post first, but I thought Id stick with the tradition of posting my au ra.

I dont have many back pics of her so I wanted to do one, and this also turned out to be the most explicit pic Ive done of her although it doesnt really feel like it due to the clothing. Its always a great way to desexualize things a bit, along with body language and all that.

Otherwise its a pretty standard pic, I went for the usual dreamy pink look which as the name says is very idyllic. Its safe for it works so its the kind of thing I can always count on. I do plan on being a bit more adventurous with that and trying to do more night time scenes and just darker stuff in general but that tends to take me out of my comfort zone nowadays so its a bad combo when paired with the lack of confidence and such from lately, so the first few pics will all be pretty bright along these lines.

2023 was pretty terrible and I wanna try to turn things around, see if I can be more regular with posts and also do more commissions, and basically get things back on track. Wont be easy since I havent completely gotten over that anxiety from last year and drawing is what caused it in the first place, which is why it took me so long to get back to it since I was just too scared to do anything (even coming here to post makes me nervous, after being gone for so long lol).

Well, all I can do is keep drawing and hope people will still enjoy and look forward to the new stuff.
