Had to draw Dehya of course, she is one of my favorite Genshin characters, but she released while I was on my break/hiatus and so I didnt get the chance to do it until now.

I definitely wanna do a full body pic later but I wanted to start with a portrait just because its easier/faster and to see what she would look like in my style.

I thought a confident arms up pose would suit her perfectly and its also something Im pretty sure most Dehya fans will like, since it highlights both her athletic physique and her personality. Of course as always I didnt wanna overdo it because I like softness, so I made her just slightly toned, while still looking very feminine.

Another thing I wanted to make sure I got right was the skin tone because it bothers me how "white" she is in game and in most fan art. I think both Dehya and Candace look much better with darker skin especially considering the desert environment they are from, so its a win win. It both looks better and is also more lore accurate.

For the clothes I also knew right away I wanted to have her wearing some black sheer lingerie so that was another easy decision, was only a matter of picking a design so I had a look through some lingerie shops until I found something I liked, lol.

Overall this is a bit darker than the usual stuff I do but I thought that gave it a nice mood, especially with it being an indoors scene, with her standing in the shadow (as usual because I love backlit scenes, always the most atmospheric).

Not sure who I am gonna do next yet, there are a few great choices but I always struggle so much picking one. There are just too many characters I wanna draw. I do hope to do Candace relatively soon as well, I think I could do something really nice with her also, plus she is so underrepresented due to being a 4 star and just a bad character in general (meta wise, not design wise) so she could definitely use some more art.

Anyway, we will see.
