Another Genshin character I hadnt drawn before. This one was a bit unexpected because I had this pose done for a really long time but didnt know what to do with it, not even which character to use it for, and then it clicked. I figured she would be a really good fit given the body language so I went for it and yeah, it worked.

I dont actually have her in game because despite her having a really good design she is very niche in terms of usefulness and I rarely play cryo characters, so she would just be sitting there unused. And with Yae arriving the next patch, of course I had to skip her.

For this one I went with more of an anime look for the shading, with harder edges, basically something that would mimic the in game artstyle while still looking mine.

The background plays into this as well since I actually logged in and looked around some in game beaches, took a few screenshots and merged them and then painted over so it all felt consistent. I also thought full nudity was the way to go here, its something I rarely do but here it looks just right and somehow it feels very casual.

And yeah Im pretty sure Ill end up drawing her again, probably a bust next time since here her right arm is covering her breasts and the focus is somewhere else. I generally like doing that with every character, at least one portrait and one full body highlighting different things, so you get to see all of them.
