Added 2020-12-20 16:45:13 +0000 UTCI would say I saved the best for last, but she wont be the last because I still have a few characters I want to draw, lol. That said, I wanted to make sure this would be the best one so far because she is my favorite character, and although part of it will always come down to personal preference, I think I achieved my goal.
So once again I did my own take on her dress... And while part of it was just me being lazy and not wanting to do all the details of the official one, I also thought it could be greatly improved by making it a bit more revealing (especially adding some cleavage and removing the ugly shorts). I ended up doing a pretty big redesign but I think it matches her perfectly and Id love to have it as a skin, lol.
Other than that, to comment on a few random things... I made her bun a bit messier because its just something I really like, then I thought for the nails I definitely had to go with red because it matched her eyes, lips, and hair ornament (and due to her general colors and the way I did the background, red is definitely the color that stands out the most), and of course I had to include the smoking pipe since like with Yotsuyu it adds so much to the character.
Overall I just love how elegant/dignified/royal she looks, definitely my favorite character to play in the open world and such (and lore wise she is very fond of Jean so thats a big plus).
Also to touch on the background a bit, obviously I wanted something that would match her aesthetic, and have a similar feel to the Jade Palace (rip, lol). I actually had the sketch of the character done before I even started Mona, but had no idea what to do for the background so I just put it on hold. Then I browsed some other Ningguang fan art to see what other people were doing and finally figured out how to get the look I wanted with mine.
That said, you can see it used to have a lot more green throughout and at the last moment I decided to make it a bit more colorful. This was another of those "coin flip" decisions though because I really liked both looks and as usual each has its pros and cons, but in the end I felt like this one was more "complete", so yeah.
Anyway, I still have a couple more Genshin chars I might draw but at this point no idea whats next. Ive also been feeling like doing some nsfw stuff since I havent done anything with nudity ever since I came back from my break so theres that, but thats it for now.

Yeah of course Ill do more ffxiv chars but I think theres gonna be a lot more variety in general (different chars from different games and such)

As always, gotta praise you for the background and lights ! You always put lot of work/thoughts on those, even if people stare more on the cutie ;p I always enjoy your work on them. The green addition are pretty good and match it well imo ! As for Ning (yeah i'm gonna short her name this way XD), she looks fantastic !!! Wonderful re-design, love the colors again and the pipe addition is almost a must have and fits well here ^^ The focus on Ning lower part is also super pretty and lovely. Those legs unffff and feets ! and hips ! and butt ! Dammit Sora, this is too pretty ! :0 I'm really digging a lot her haircut too. Fancy and glam' ! 2020-12-20 22:38:07 +0000 UTCStunning! The background detailing gives off the appearance of a halo around her head. I enjoy the bits of falling petals and the leafy foreground. All of this, together with the warm colours, gives it this cozy, fantastical feeling. Just like with the first Beryl work you did, the feet in this one are just so beautiful (and I'm not even into feet). I like how their detailing commands attention, along with the relaxed finger gestures. They complement the sharper detailing in the periphery. And then as they lead the gaze towards the center, especially along the legs, it smoothly transitions to the more softer, curvier parts; which again complement the curve of the glowing circular design behind her. I think the feeling that her body, outfit, and the surrounding scenery gives me is: just like the sun is often depicted: round shape in the middle (the background design and her soft, curvy features), radiating lined streaks outward (her petal-like dress design, smooth legs, feet, hands). TL;DR: She is radiant! :)

Probably just a few more of my favorite chars with some different views/angles and of course, some nudity (and possibly any new chars that come out that I like)

That was always among the first things that catch my attention whenever checking out a new post, and it looks great once again. The color theme is very good for me. It's warm, cozy but also fits the "geo" theme well. Ning's pose, more daring outfit and more messy bun just makes me think of her as having a day off and being less formal than usual. Also, this might be just me but, her dress' bottom parts kind of remind me of fox tails. lol I also don't mind the pipe. After all she does summon it as one of her idle animations so makes sense. So much to look forward to in the upcoming days/weeks. Hopefully you will decide on what do to next. Keep up the amazing work ;]

2020-12-20 17:30:54 +0000 UTCHo boi, looking at the process pic first, I really like how it evolved and how you added more colours in the finished one, it really adds more to it and I like it a lot even though the prev. more green was really nice. Anyway... this turned out amazing, the colours and overall vibe is so good. I dont usually like the whole pipe/smoking but for some chars it just fits and without it ning wouldn't be well her. I love the red nails and lips because just like the ornament in hair and her eyes its fitting and stands out because of her design.. Also the outfit is just yes please, I like it more than ingame, the shorts I didnt mind but this is waaaaay better and the visible cleavage and all that is just too good lol. I really like the sleeves too and also noticed the GEO element particles around the pipe which is pretty cool. The messier bun is also really good so I approve. Now the pose and all is also something I like, not really back but one that shows it all in a good way so I am a fan, with the whole jade palace vibe its really nice. So much elegance in this and kinda show off. My new fav for sure of genshin chars you made. 10/10 lol, the 3 waifus are now complete for now. Looking forward to more chars whichever will it be and nudity is welcome, you always make it feel great.
