Anyway, yep, I guess I lied... There will be more of Kei after all, starting with this one.
This is an idea we had discussed long ago so it was just a matter of picking up where we left off. Its been a few days since Ive finished it and it might just be my favorite of hers yet, for a bunch of different reasons. First just how good it turned out technically speaking, which I guess is expected considering the gap from the last one (its been about 9 months). But then just the overall feel of it, how soft everything looks and how fitting it is for the character.
Since she was going to be wearing a yukata from the start I wanted a japanese themed background to go with it, and this just looked so good from the from the start, it was just a matter of refining it throughout the process.
I knew I wanted to have a good amount of blue here and even when picking the color for the yukata it was obvious which color to pick which is rare since most of the time there are a few equally good options and I get very undecided.
Anyway as for her, as you can see we tried a new hairstyle once again, but I think this one is here to stay because I love it, so expect to see more of it, at least for more casual or cute scenes.
Then of course I cant avoid mentioning the obvious... These have to be some of the best boobs Ive ever drawn, lol. Its definitely one of her main features and I wanted to take the chance to play around with making them as soft and squishy as I could (which is what makes drawing large ones so much fun). I was a bit worried I went overboard on the size at some point but eh, we could just attribute it to her gaining some weight since its something that happens in real life as well, so nothing weird about varying breast size here and there.
The shading/lighting helps a lot here of course, and I always love doing those targeted highlights whenever possible since they make things pop out so much. I even threw in some dappled lighting as well which would make sense if she is standing under some sakura trees.
Lastly, theres the butterfly which as you can see from the steps was a last minute addition. I was something that came up in conversation before but I thought was meant for a future idea, until I realized how well her left hand was positioned to have one resting on it. Im a bit worried about overusing butterflies now but they are such a good way of adding life and color to scenes, so expect to see more of them.
Anyway thats it, I know Kei is a favorite of a bunch of people so Im sure theyll be happy to see her return (as was I).

I've been gone for so long... It seems. Depression and trying to handle it. I still can't. I also can't handle this either. Kei is still just gorgeous. She's amazing looking... But why. Well... The curvy little darling is just stunning. I like how she's just enjoying nature. Enjoying the cherry blossoms. Enjoying hanging out of her yukata but I think it's just one of those looks that I love a lot: still wearing it but it gently hangs off the shoulder. I've always found that sexy whether they allow their breasts to hang out or not. Even if it were just a lot of cleavage and a bit of nipple, I would love it. I do love it how it is with her Morpho. I wonder what she's longing for? Either way, she's had never stopped being stunning and gorgeous, and I'm surprised her top is even holding her as much as it is. I also like her hair and how it just covers up one of her eyes like it has. It's just something innocent and soft with a look such as this. So very gentle. So vulnerable. But beautiful.

My first thought was just how soft you managed to make them look. I love the colors too. She just looks so serene and the compilation of everything is actually very relaxing to me. I can also see how it was one of the first things to be added at least from process pic it looks like that. Love how the yukata looks on her and boi.... those squishy breasts are a tenner lol, defo one of the best you drawn even though I prefer a biit smaller ones, I like all the sizes. Really like how they interact with the yukata and all... looking very soft. Also some exposed shoulders too... I like that lol. Also can't forget the new hairstyle, I like this one, even tho again, pretty short (at least from the looks) but its nice. I also must say, I really like her expression, its very nice. Oh and the butterfly on the hand, looking at the process pic that it was the last thing to just add but I approve, it fits due to the position of the hand and also adds to it (I also like morphos). Love the whole theme of it too (I like japanese stuff I guess lol). The lighting and colours in this (defo blue-ish) are lovely and the highlights are very well put and done. The jump from before last to last one in the process pic is really big in a good way. Easily one of my favs and defo my fav of Kei too. Can't wait to see more
