Its mostly because Ive been trying to prioritize first time commissioners a bit lately since most people end up commissioning me multiple times nowadays and some times it feels like Im just rotating the same people all year and no one else even gets a chance to.
That said of course I have my favorites which I always enjoy drawing and Claire is one of them, so I definitely wanna keep drawing her.
Anyway, this is the least revealing one yet, it was time to do something a bit more tame with her just wearing a nice medieval styled dress. Basically the idea was to do something similar to the Riviera dress from the Gold Saucer, but Im not a fan of the overall look of it (the skirt is very meh) so what I did was look up similar dresses in google, and once I found one I really liked I based my design off of that instead. Still ended up changing a few things like lowering the sleeves to have the shoulders be visible (shoulder fetish strikes again) and having her raise up the front of the dress to show some thighs (and stockings).
Of course my favorite part about these dresses is the ample cleavage, so her assets are definitely a focal point here, and I wanted to give them a nice "squished together" look.
Then I also put a lot of effort into the background and it took me a while to settle on something. When I finished the sketch I didnt have any background at all so it looked really boring/empty, as is the case for most sketches nowadays, but Im super happy with this one.
I wanted this pic to have an "old" feeling to it, like its from another time, not just with her dress but the general feel of the environment and everything. So think like some old ruins where vegetation has largely taken over the buildings. Ive always liked that kind of aesthetic, and the fact that the green of the foliage makes for such a good contrast with her orange hair/tail was perfect and makes the whole thing look really vibrant.
So yeah all in all I have to say this one actually exceeded my expectations, especially because I was coming from "Darkness" and had no idea how I was gonna follow up on something like that, but I like this one just as much.
I think next time we will definitely go back to having her nude, but its nice to have one SFW pic at least, lol (well, "Safe" would also count since you only see legs/panty shot, but yeah).

I don't know why she's not in my top list of girls. Anyway... I like the feel you set it for it. It is very old timey, I like her outfit because she seems like a maiden or a maid. If this was based off the Rivera dress, I wouldn't have figured. It seems to be something original. The little peek though with her thighs, I do appreciate. I am always drawn to her top half because she's spilling out of almost anything and the freckles. I love her eyes, too. The background in front of the well is very nice and serene, too. I missed Claire. She needs to come back more. She's a sweetheart.

I really like this, especially for SFW its quite nice and sexy AND cute. Her expression is nice as well. The BG reminds me of ruins/castles (semi-ruined ones) that are in my country as well so I gotta say, ten outta damn ten BG. I really like that kind of stuff so this BG is just a ten + the nature overtaking it really adds to it. It really fits her look too.

Something about the background looks so quiet. Like a long forgotten city that nature has reclaimed and Claire is just enjoying it perhaps. I think it helps set the mood of a quiet innocent look. Perhaps I'm letting my imagination get carried away a bit. Great work, Sora.
