Added 2020-04-17 15:22:18 +0000 UTCIts miss Cat (Alyst) again, if you remember her in the halloween witch costume at the end February.
It was the plan from the start to dress her down and show a bit more across multiple commissions, so thats what we did here. Well, for this one I pretty much just did what I wanted really.
As soon as we started discussing it I had this idea of her sitting legs crossed, wearing a babydoll and just being a tease. Its such a great combo because its really playful and sexy at the same time, and Ive been wanting to do more of this pose since "Ragequit" with my au ra. Plus I knew I wanted to keep the confident vibe from the first one, maybe not as smug this time and with more of a serious look.
Ive also been working extra hard on the hair lately, trying to get better at drawing wavy/curly hairstyles and just making it look more natural in general, and I think thats one of the biggest improvements this one has over the first one. And since I just love super long hair in general, its definitely one of my favorite parts about it.
For the colors I knew I wanted a warm look from the start but originally I had it all looking very yellow/green which made things a bit hard to distinguish, so I tried adding some more variety with the colors of the pillows and such... Plus the last minute addition of those curtains in the corners which aside from just looking great, have the nice function of directing your focus to her head.
So yeah as with everything lately Im super happy with this one and she has quickly become one of my favorite player characters to draw, green hair bias and everything. Looking forward to drawing her with even less clothing next time, lol.
And to finish off, Ive also included the sketch of the pic Im using as avatar/profile right now. It was actually the result of me being kinda jealous of this one and wanting to try a different (more mature) look with my character, but it will be the next post so Ill talk about it in detail later.

This is extra cute and sensual, cross-leg and biting lips are deifnitely a good teasing/cute/sexy combo. And even better with a lovely babydoll lingerie to wear :3 The warm colors really match well with her greenish colors, it make her pop out much more. Amazing art for the nonless amazing and splendid Cat ! :D

I also like her expression, especially the lip bite, its quite aggressive I would say but in a good way. I also reaaaaally like the colours and light here, again, the new improved colours and light are really nice and add to these art pieces. Oh and also the hair... long hair is one of my favs like I said before, I would say on par with nice ponytails in my book but only when its at least this long or longer otherwise ponytails are a clear winner. 10/10 And ah yes, there is that sketch lol, looking forward to it more now. Liking the newish look in that one. Feels more mature in a good way, I approve lol (noticed that from the new profile pic but with the full sketch its even more noticeable).

I was super happy with how this turned out, but the irony is that I am the one who's jealous of that sketch.
