Added 2019-10-15 17:38:22 +0000 UTCSo this is a bit of a shadow drop, since I dont think Ive even mentioned anything about it before, and usually I always talk about the things Im working on or plan to do when it comes to her. Its really hard to follow up that viera portrait I posted last time too, but personal bias and all, I like this one just as much. I remember when I finished it I was just like "aaaaaahh she looks so adorable" and I just wanted to show it to everyone right away, lol.
The "naked sweater" look is one of my favorites so its something Ive been wanting to do for a while, although later into the drawing I realized those leg warmers she wears some times would look perfect here so I added them, and it became even better.
I also made the hair bigger and longer and I think it might be my favorite version of the ponytail yet.
The big dilemma I had with this one was whether or not to have her nipples show. If you think about it realistically, with how low the cleavage is and how little the hair covers (and considering she has really large areolae on top of that), they would definitely be visible. But at the same time, I felt like that would sexualize the drawing too much and it would lose the feeling of innocence/purity it has. Plus because its art you get away with doing this kind of thing without anything looking out of place, and its something you see a lot with anime art whenever people draw low cleavage. Its one of those cases where artistic license > realism.
For the scene itself it started off as a sort of sequel to "Gamer", where she was also pouting and frustrated at whatever she was playing. Here she seems to REALLY be struggling and probably just had a 0.1% wipe or something so she just put the controller down and started cursing out loud, lol.
What I love about doing these casual pics of her is that it humanizes her so much and makes her more relatable. Its the complete opposite to the untouchable goddess vibe with most of my other drawings of her (which I also love, but its great to have both), so it makes her a much more complex and interesting character.
Not sure what Im gonna do next, I know I wanna dress her up in a bunch of other things (gotta do that fancy dress one some day), and there are some themes I havent done with her either like breast grab and such, so maybe thats what Ill go with.

Awwwww angry cutie ! <3 She looks still sooo adorable (and not just because half naked :p). I can imagine her tail frantically hitting the sofa lol I just love so much when you draw your cutie <3 And this one is especially so adorable. Always a joy to see you drawing her in various situation and outfits (winter is coming ! needs some comfy sweater and hot coco ! :P).

2019-10-28 14:43:06 +0000 UTCAh I see, I thought it was weird you didnt comment on it since you always do on her pics, bad patreon Oversized shirts are great, with the sleeves covering most of the hands so only the finger tips are visible, and long enough to double as a skirt (which is what makes the naked sweater look possible)

I love the baggy shirt and how it just barely covers her nipples. The colours are really pretty too, the monochrome feel gives it a lot of atmosphere.

High or low, short or long, its objectively the best hairstyle (but high and long is the best combo), especially with bangs Lips and eyes standing out is always great to me so working as intended, I can never stress enough how much kissable lips add to the attraction factor of a character (which is also why Im not a fan of one line anime mouths) Hopefully with the new console gen next year we will finally start getting decent hair physics in game and devs stop using the clipping excuses to avoid giving us long hairstyles I wish I could say the same about savage but my reaction is pretty much the same as hers, and why I barely play anymore

But when it comes to ponytails, it's pretty much a 'good' or 'even better' in most cases. But this one...it might be very hard to get any better than this, I /(imperial)salute you! ;] At first look, this reminded me a bit of a sepia photo (yeah, i know those are more brown and yellow), with all the colors being similar. The eyes and lips are standing out though, however this time i'm having a hard time focusing on her face because i simply can't get enough of how good the hairstyle looks. As i did before with 'Ice Cream', I am once again weltschmerz'ing about all those great hairstyles we don't have in game, you're not alone there Lyn. :] Personally I was fortunate enough to run savage raids with well selected people so i had very few rage quit inducing moments, but 24-man raids, oh boy, i'm still having nightmares after the Thunder God.
