This was actually a commission that was requested a long time ago, like last summer or something, but at the time I just didnt feel confident I would be able to pull it off properly, since the character has such a unique look and it also required a matching background. Plus everything being kinda dark, but not TOO dark, is always challenging to do.
The key was to illuminate the whole scene through glowy parts and objects, so the crystals play a huge role here, giving it a very magical forest look, and one that fits her so well, like its her natural habitat.
For the character itself, its actually pretty hard to color skin this dark because it doesnt leave much room for shading. The shadows become WAY too dark, and you want to avoid anything being pure black when it comes to art, unless you have a specific style based around it (like noir or something).
Anyway, Im not 100% happy with it, but considering how hard it was, Im just glad I got it done and its something I can be proud of.

Now for the main course as they say... To start with the background... its so detailed and I love it, it really has a magical and alienish vibe to it for me and looks like its from a different planet altogether... I LOVE IT, had to take some time to think about and do, but if not props, its super well done. Her horns are pretty interesting, almost like some kind of antler and I do indeed like the look of them on her not to mention the accessories really match. The hair colour is so nice, going from white-ish to that green, really nice gradient. I love her eyes tho, don't know why but pretty mesmerizing look and they match the markings of her body too, love when the eyes either stand out or match something on the body/clothes/hair. While I prefer pale skin I have to say, I really like her markings with that colour on this type of dark skin. Well done design and look especially since as I said my preference is on the other end of the spectrum haha. The pose had to be pretty damn hard to do but I have to say you pulled it off well and I love how she looks. I don't usually say this but oh holy damn I really like her breasts too and how perky they are, actually they are exactly how I like breasts haha... The tail is pretty thicc but can't say I dislike it. I am more of a thigh high socks guy but I do like when legs look good along with thighs and oh damn they look nice here... do like em a lot. This is very unique indeed and I can only say... 10.5/10 this time, really like it even though there could be improvement here and there... doesn't matter, I love it. oh and really like the change with the lips, no more lines and they feel a bit fuller now too. Noticed it sooner but yeah. Also screw you patreon, I had to rewrite this wall of text twice almost because you decided to derp out on me. I really let myself off the leash here didn't realize it was that big wall of text.....

But hey at least the sketch attachment works and all I can say, looking forward to it, remember who that is and yeah... its always good. Now for the main course as they say.... This looks so alien and full of magic I love it, the background is great and gives me a feel of being on a diffrent magical planet or something like that.... I usually prefer pale skin colour but damn this looks pretty good not to mention the marks on her body fitting very well to her skin colour... The eyes though are pretty mesmerizing to me and match the colour of the marks which is always something nice to see, either for the eyes to stand out or to match something on the body. I can see that this pose had to be really hard to do and make look just right but I have to say you pulled it off and made her look amazing... hell beautiful imo. Love how you also made the breasts look too, just right with her size and perky enough too lol. I have to say, the tips of the hair are nice touch, not the same colour as whole hair. Horns are pretty interesting too. I also really like the legs... I am a bit of a leg guy especially when thigh highs are involved but here even without that, they look really nice. The tail I see is pretty thicc but can't say I don't like it haha. I also have to get back to the background... its so detailed I really like it. Overall this is something I have to rate 10.5/10. I REALLY like this and how unique she is. Where do I get more of this character?
