She has this cute little devil look, like you know she is up to something. She also has a pretty unique look, almost alien like... I thought she would fit right in on something like the Void Ark, so thats what inspired the "background" if you can call it that.
The commissioner didnt actually didnt want her to have the little horns at the top but I thought they looked so cute and fit her look perfectly, so I pushed to keep them and in the end they agreed, so I was happy about that.
