Witching Hour
Added 2018-10-31 17:03:15 +0000 UTCHeres the Mika pic I also teased with a sketch a while ago. I also have a process pic for this one but no commentary so Ill just talk about it here. And I figured Id link it earlier in the post so people dont have to read it all the way through so here it is.
This one started out with me having an idea for a pose, based on what a cat looks like when they are stretching. The way they stretch their front paws and lower their chest to the ground, and put their butt and tail up. Then we had also talked about an idea where she would be on top of a pumpkin, with her breasts squished against it, so I basically started throwing those elements together into a whole.
After that things just started to happen organically, and I had the idea of adding the black cats since with her being a witch, it was a great fit. Also one of her main features is how her eyes can change depending on her mood or magic type she using, etc. So of course I had to give her yellow/orange cat eyes matching those of the black cats, which ties it all together as if they are her familiars.
The hardest part of this was probably getting the final look, because it was going smoothly all the way until I started adding the highlights and then it actually started to look worse than it did before (see pic 4 compared to 3). So I pretty much had to go back and tone them down a bit to bring back the soft look it had. It was a real struggle here since I didnt know what was wrong and why it looked so bad, and I spent so much time looking at it that by the end of the day I was completely tired and couldnt tell if it looked good anymore.
Looking at it now with some distance Im really happy with it, especially Mika herself, and the color balance (green + orange is one of those magical combos that always works). Definitely my best pic of her yet, and the most accurate one character wise too.

I think this pose would have been almost impossible a year ago but Ive improved a lot in that area this year since Ive been trying more dynamic poses and perspectives, etc Definitely something I wanna keep working on

The colors, the shades, the bubble butt....it's perfect ! <3 Obviously, also love that realistic huge squeezed boobies :3 That will sound silly, but again i'm amazed by the anatomy, especially for her back ; you really capture the cat stretching and apply it to her, so nicely ! It looks really natural. Damn, i'm in love of the lewd/sexyness of your art AND your skill ! :p (well i always love that side of you lol)
