To set the scene: You work in a very boring office and your job is super easy. You basically just sit at a desk all day, pretending to work - but mostly - you daydream. You daydream about your real dream life - to be a famous singer. You are too nervous to tell anyone though, you know that they'd all laugh at you for even thinking it's possible. The only one you tell about your dreams, is your journal, which you keep on a file in your computer. Last week, you swore you had a virus, and the cute IT girl (who you all call Nerdette) helped you fix it. Last night she texted you, encouraging you to come to the company holiday party. You weren't planning on it, but since she asked so nicely... :)
