This one instantly became one of my favorites. I just love how "clean" and soft it looks. And of course, I really like the character too so that helps.
I think this has pretty much become my "safety" scene lately, in that when I dont know what else to do, I draw a character by the window. It works so well every time because you get the intimacy of an indoor scene while also having a good contrast due to the light coming from outside. Plus the light drags your eyes to the face which I always want to be the focus point on my pics.
Of course I dont want it to get too repetitive but I feel like just changing the background elements a bit is enough to keep it fresh (plus obviously different characters and color themes help). Youll see what I mean since a lot of the upcoming ones have similar compositions.
For the bonus stuff today Ive included two really old ones (both from 2013) but that I think have aged really well. One of them being a succubus OC, and the other one was my take on the FFX Shiva. I really gotta draw Shiva again one of these days, but I still like this one a lot so yeah.
