I actually started it before the last one I posted of her (Vanity), but it was pretty ambitious so I decided to take my time with the sketch, and then I eventually realized I just didnt have the patience to do the full idea I had in mind, so I just threw away the background and went with this instead.
Originally it was supposed to be one of those "gamer" pics with her in a room full of gaming references with posters/figures etc, but what happened was me just putting it in hold until I eventually felt like finishing the background, and then I realized it wasnt gonna happen.
I still loved her figure/pose so I definitely wanted to keep those, and I thought what if I just went with a VR type background instead? Still works with the gaming theme, and its as if she is just in her own world when playing (which is basically me projecting my personality into her), so it all works out.
Maybe one day Ill do the original idea, if I figure out an easier way of doing it where I dont have to spend 80% of the time on the background (or I find a faster way of doing it).
Anyway, definitely need to have her wear something different in the next few ones, there are a few things that would work really well so I wont be lacking options.
That said been bored/unmotivated/out of ideas lately so havent been drawing at all, waiting for the mood to strike again, as usual. Fortunately I have a huge backlog of stuff to post so you wont notice it at all (unless youre waiting for a commission).

This was one of those I had trouble figuring out how to do the tail because its important that it has a nice flowing position that matches the body, but some times theres no room for it or it gets in the way etc In the end I kinda based it on a scorpion tail with the general position, I felt like it was the only way it would fit Yotsuyu should be a really good match for me, just a matter of getting to it

2018-07-16 01:45:07 +0000 UTCits a really nice picture imo. the way shes enthralled by the game shes playing, to the way her body reasts apon her breasts, which btw shows how well you present them having real weight. also i love the tail ya have on her, also reading the above comment, that yotsuyu pic will be well worth the wait if you end up doing it

2018-07-15 23:11:53 +0000 UTCYeah there are a lot of ways you can do this kind of idea so I just need to pick one that wouldnt take that much work, but I definitely want it to have more of a "real world" feel next time, with a proper background (since I really like meta stuff, I think a really funny idea would be to have one of her seen from behind, where the screen is visible, and she is basically playing herself) Well Ive already done all the scion girls, so I guess it would have to be someone like Yugiri or Yotsuyu (she IS on my list so who knows) The next FF character Ill be posting is a Lulu portrait though, Ive wanted to do a new one of her for a long time and I was lucky to have someone commission it just a few weeks ago, so I cant wait to post that one

Thanks for Lyse and Echo as well! I'd love to see your take on some more NPC's in the future, especially some of the Stormblood girls. I'm not so sure about a request for today, I think you should post something you like. Hope you can find some motivation again soon! Always a fan of your work. <3
