Recap: The meanest cheerleader in school has been hounding you all year to write her papers for her, tutor her, she even convinced you to let her throw a Halloween party at your mansion. You made all her friends party outside for fear that they'd trash your house, but they were pretty upset when the sprinklers went off and ruined their night (and all their costumes). You are pretty much hated at school because of that party, but this cheerleader still can't seem to shake you. You were wondering for a while if she was picking on you / using you just for her own gain or if she actually might like you a bit. At the Halloween party she opened up to you, and you even had a tiny kiss. Over Christmas, you were forced to study together where she gave you a bit of a confession that she does actually like you a lot. She tells you were her first kiss, and then she even kissed you again under the mistletoe. You thought she finally has accepted her feelings for you but after her friends ganged up and bullied you at school, shoved you, stole your glasses and phone - she did not have your back the way you hoped she would. She stopped them from going through your phone, but still called you a loser and disgusting in the process. You really thought she would stand up for you and you were so hurt and angry you have not been taking her calls since. You are in your bedroom studying for the Romeo & Juliet test on Monday when you hear someone throwing things at your balcony window.

2024-02-14 17:49:42 +0000 UTCTW: DEPRESSION AND SUICIDE This might be way too dark of a topic for you, but it would be interesting to hear you’re take on nonetheless. Based on what the nerd said in this, about how he wanted to transfer schools because the bullying was getting to him. An idea I had while listening to this was that the nerd should just cold turkey quit everybody and everything at the school and just ignore all of their calls and stop showing up for a week. During that time, he would come to the decision that life would be better off without himself in it, and he does something to end his own life, but her gets caught and interrupted before he actually could pass on, and is taken to a hospital immediately after. After the school faculty finds out, they would hold an assembly with the nerds graduating class and basically break the news about what had happened, forcing Lacey the cheerleader to make a decision about wether or not she should stay with her old friends or leave them to go be with the nerd. I should say that the nerds intention in this wasn’t to force Lacey to choose him, it would be an actual call for help from anybody that cared about him because of the constant bullying. (If, like me, you’re suffering through depression, please know that you’re not alone, and that suicide is never the answer, it’s just a long term solution to a short term problem. You can get help, and you are loved)
