Update - The next project begins...

So, the city tiles video seems to be doing spectacularly, and I'm diving straight back into another big, awesome, much requested project - see if you can guess what it is...
In other news, your support has meant I can afford to replace my little rotating display stand I use for photography for the big brother you can see him sitting on. Which also has all kinds of cool features like speed control, back and forth motion, remote control....it's kinda great 😄
I honestly wouldn't have picked that to invest in right now if it hadn't been for the last video - the poor little one was stuttering and making noises under the weight of the full city sat on top of him, sometimes at awkward angles so I could get the centre of rotation right...and I didn't want to risk it breaking mid photo session and massively delaying a video.
So thank you guys so much! and obviously this is just one of many things you've helped me afford to buy for the channel - let me know if you like hearing about it and I'll add stuff like this to updates :)
Finally, for Noble Patrons - the vote. I would be interested to know how you guys feel about this, because obviously it's a lot harder for me to run a regular vote when projects are going to take this long - if I ran the vote monthly or between projects I'd never decide what was on my own channel!
However, if this is something that swung some of you to joining at that tier, I don't want to flat out remove it. With that in mind, please let me know if you really valued it and if so, whether you'd be ok with it being a rarer, advisory vote, to help guide my long term plans without tying me up too much in the short term. If I did this I'd leave the votes permanently open too, at least until the next vote, so new patrons could drop in their opinions.

Updated walls as in the magnetic walls bonus video? Or the interior walls bonus video? Or the wood walls bonus video? Those 3 have been released already, just filter at the top by the 'bonus video' tag :) Unless you meant something else?

2021-10-21 14:57:02 +0000 UTCNot at the voting pledge level, but what you could do, schedule wise, is put every third or fourth (or what ever suits) build as a Patreon voted build. That way you still get input from patrons, but you keep the ability to work on things you want to do. Either way, keep being excellent!
