Wrath he is always anger. In begin of the Ishvalan war, all Bradley need to do was create crest of blood for Father, but the Ishvalan fought back and triggered him to exterminate all Ishvalan.

Wrath IS human. or a body with the power if a single soul anyway. notice that he ages unlike the other homunculus and has never been seen to heal. He's basically just peak-human with the only seemingly super natural thing about him is his perfect vision from his ultimate eye. In other words he is literally just built different; I.E succeeds with raw skill over having a hax power like say Pride.
