Yeah. That hearing voices part sounds so tough to take, I imagine it would be terrifying and depressing!

2025-10-01 13:42:09 +0000 UTCVan Hohenheim would basically regenerate the same way Lust did when Mustang was fighting her, until he forced her to burn out all of her souls in healing herself over and over. Cut off his arm, and he would regrow a new one. Cut off his head? Same effect as Greed demonstrated when he held Al hostage in Dublith. Could Pride kill him? Eventually, yes, but until then, Hohenheim would just keep coming back the same way the homunculi do.

2025-09-26 21:32:44 +0000 UTCSo theoretically, you could kill Father and Van Hohenheim if you did enough damage to them that they would consume the souls within themselves to heal. The only issue is that they each contain half a country, so who know how many tens of thousands of souls that is. Though I do believe he would have been in trouble if Pride had caught him, though likely not mortal danger.
