When I was in college I bartended with a a friend who was very conventionally attractive. One night this "cougar" type lady came into the bar and ended up exchanging numbers with my friend. To be clear, I think you're a great part of the podcast and I'd much rather you be on it than not. I just think you tend to interject on conversations with something vaguely related about yourself, which can then derail whatever was being talked about or whatever story was being told. Which is really my issue with it, when it messes with the flow of the conversation being had. I've got no problem if what you're talking about is yourself or something you did, the problem is when it cuts off someone else or prematurely ends a topic being talked about. Sorry for being snarky about it in my first comment. Also I watched the stream and just wanted to say it has nothing to do with the jokes you make or the character you play up. Time will tell. I enjoy being silly on this podcast & sharing unhinged takes of things to get a reaction. I never really stopped to think about the consequences and the perception people have of me as a result. Part of my resolution for 2024 is to have more moments that show the depth of my character beyond just a messy gay, out of touch jack ass. I lean into it because I think it's funny but it's starting to define who I am and I'm not really a big fan of that.

As an artist, I think I have a great solution to the contest dilemma… Put out a tweet that says “hey artists, I want to create a coloring book to highlight all you amazing artists in the community… drop your 3 favorite works of art you’ve done and I will commission X number of you to create pieces for the coloring book for X monetary compensation.” On QT’s end, she gets what she needs given her budget & on the artists’ end, they don’t have to do any work unless they’re okay with the potential compensation they will receive if they’re selected! :)

QT animation suggestion: a lot of animators don't like the contest format bc yes all of the things that Hasan mentioned; a more congenial alternative you could try is getting top twitch animators to collab on the animation where they each only do a a few seconds and each animators name is in the bottom corner. That way a lot of creators are highlighted and they are only committing to a few seconds of a community related project. You can see examples on youtube "animated collab"

QT, since you know about Dutch apple pie, you should try and make Dutch speculaas. Specifically the Speculaas Brokken. Its similar to gingerbread, but its way thicker and way less bland! You usually bake it as one or multiple huge bits and after its done you can break it up and eat. Its a traditional Dutch treat or cookie and more popular during the holidays
