I worked at the front desk of a hilton for a while and all the options Austin gave are spot on. That’s the type of stuff we had to do all the time and as long as people are nice about it and respectful then we would be more understanding and want to help. Austin your segment and explanation was great tbh. Calling them directly wouldn’t provide the “how to” knowledge for the viewer to solve these on their own in the future.
